Anne Sampathawadgue is the Founder and CEO of Celestia Disability Services, bringing more than 20 years of experience in childcare services and early childhood education. With a strong background in managing and leading childcare centres, Anne has worked extensively with children experiencing developmental delays and concerns, designing and delivering tailored programs that promote growth, independence, and confidence.
A passionate advocate for inclusion, Anne has dedicated her career to ensuring every child and young person has the opportunity to thrive. Today, through Celestia Disability Services, her vision extends beyond early childhood to embrace the broader disability community, offering supports that empower individuals and families across all stages of life.
