Make a Complaint
If you’re unhappy with our services, please let us know so we can put things right. Complaints can be made by participants, family members, carers, or advocates.
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 business days and resolve them as quickly as possible. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to take your complaint further, including to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
